Details: Natural detoxification cleanses the body and strengthens the organs so you can feel optimal and stay well. It helps you clear toxins out of your body in a safe and gentle way. Clearing the toxins out of your body alleviates many of the minor and major health conditions you may have.
In this workshop you will learn what detoxification is, why it is beneficial, how often to cleanse, types of cleanses and more. Most importantly you will learn how to create the most effective cleansing program for you and your lifestyle.
This unique program uses FOOD, YOGA AND SELF-CARE techniques to create a powerful cleansing program for the mind, body and spirit. Learn what types of FOOD to incorporate into your cleanse: juices, green juices, green smoothies, whole organic fruits and veggies and more. Learn what superfoods and supplements may assist with your cleanse. You will learn YOGA poses and breathing techniques to incorporate into your cleanse to assist with the cleansing process. In addition we will discuss SELF-CARE techniques that help you cleanse the mind, body and spirit.

At the end of this workshop you have the option of signing up for a 7 day Cleanse Program that includes:

Pre-cleanse recommendations
Personalized cleansing program including daily schedule, recipes and more.
Support during the cleanse via phone, email or in-person
7-day after cleanse reintroduction to eating whole foods and creating long-term healthy daily rituals.

This cleanse is offered seasonally.
