Slow Down
We live in a world that is obsessed with speed. Our world is stuck in fast forward. This fast paced life does damage to us in the form of our health, our diet and our work. Slowing down does not mean being lazy. Instead slow down to a pace that allows you to be completely mindful of the task at hand. Notice the sensations and emotions that go along with each task. Stop letting life just pass you by. Slow down, take notice of what you love about life and do more of it.
