Yogic Deep Breathing

Practice yogic deep breathing everyday. Mindful exercise that synchronizes movement and breath has the power to change your mind and body. Studies show that yogic deep-breathing techniques are extremely effective in handling depression, anxiety and stress-related disorders. These techniques are an excellent adjunct to conventional medical treatment- or a s a suitable substitute in some cases- in treating a myriad of psychological disorders, as well as eating disorders and obesity. Many people have increased levels of carbon dioxide in the blood which shows that either they are not inhaling enough oxygen or not exhaling enough carbon dioxide. Increased levels of carbon dioxide in the blood can lead to fatigue, mental fog and decreased tissue function.
