Find a mentor in your field of interest and learn as much as you can from them. Mentors often make it easier for you to reach your full potential. Having a mentor can: -Improve self-confidence and feelings of self-worth. -Increase motivation; -Develop your aspirations and optimism about future opportunities; -Raise level of achievements; -Help both you and your mentor build on your communication skills.
Comfort Zone
Step outside your comfort zone and do one thing everyday that challenges you. Having confidence is what helps us to live our fullest life. Stepping outside your comfort zone will help you build the confidence you need to live your best life. Stepping outside your comfort zone also helps us to: overcome fear and worry, grow, have more fun and discover new passions.
