Transitioning to raw foods/raw food demonstrations:
Challenge: A husband and wife wanted to learn how to prepare healthy raw vegan meals and snacks for themselves and their family.
Solution: We gradually transitioned this wonderful family into eating more raw foods. We did numerous private in-home raw food demonstrations in which we prepared: almond milk, green juice, nori roll wraps with sun-dried tomato pate and veggie spinach pate, nutrient-dense salads with sun-dried tomato basil dressing and a variety of other dressings, “tuna” sandwich on sprouted raw bread, energy green soup, raw granola, banana ice cream and more. We continue to do monthly sessions gradually transitioning them into eating more raw foods.
