The minute I called Kelly and asked her to conduct workshops at my firm, I knew she was, "The One." I really wanted the staff to learn more about stress relief and eating right and was attracted to Kelly's holistic approach to wellness. We have brought in other companies to do wellness seminars for our employees, but Kelly's workshops were different. We all know we need to exercise, watch our portions, and take breaks every once in awhile. Kelly gave us credit and skipped all that. Instead, she taught us about how food fuels and reacts with the body, introduced us to superfoods and the raw food diet, taught us yogic breathing exercises, the list goes on. I have no doubt it opened people's eyes to options other than tv dinners and a stress ball. After the workshops, Kelly prepared handouts for me to distribute to those who attended. These workshops were a great way to thank our staff for a job well done. And I thank Kelly for a job well done!

Corporate Wellness Program
Challenge: DC law firm wanted to improve the health of their employees by implementing corporate wellness workshops. They wanted to educate their employees about how to improve their nutrition habits, make better food choices and decrease stress.

Solution: Bradley Wellness conducted a variety of wellness workshops for this law firm. We educated the employees on holistic nutrition concepts and how to realistically implement them with a busy lifestyle. We taught them how to prepare quick and easy meals and snacks and how to make the best choices when eating out, specifically during business lunches and dinners. We gave them the tools they needed to decrease and manage their stress at work and home. We provided them with wellness resources and action steps to meet their goals. The employees feel a greater sense of control in regards to their health and the firm is happy that healthcare costs are down.

I began seeing Kelly Bradley as a Physical Therapist almost two years ago. One year ago, I started seeing Kelly as a Nutritional Coach. She has helped me turn my life around, as well as my husband’s. We have embarked on a complete life style change, and Kelly is there every step of the way, to encourage, enlighten and teach. I have dieted many times in my life and tried to change my eating habits. This time I feel like I am changing from the inside out rather than the outside in.
Kelly’s nurturing manner is most appropriate and appreciated. It is obvious that Kelly has amassed a great deal of knowledge about dietary supplements, organic foods from around the world, and healthy dietary methods. However, she shares her knowledge without overloading you with more information than you can comprehend. This has been a learning curve for my husband and me, and we have needed time to adjust to new foods and their preparation.
Kelly tailors her teaching style to suit the student. Whether it is a trip to Whole Foods to learn how to shop for organic foods or guidance in creating lists of foods and combinations of foods that will best serve my body, Kelly teaches with patience and calm assurances of success. She coaches instead of lectures while passing on a wealth of dietary knowledge. Through her teaching methods, I have learned the best times of day to eat protein, fruits, vegetables, and nuts, as well as how to manage my nutritional needs throughout the day without indulging in empty calories.
I have lost over ten pounds as has my husband and lost many inches around my thighs, legs and waist. I have energy throughout the day and am able to handle the stress of caring for my 83 year old mother who suffers from Alzheimer’s. Kelly Bradley’s Total Wellness program has been easy to incorporate into our daily lives. Because we have taken it one step at a time, our bodies and minds have been able to embrace our new life style.
